MY WIFE AND I FORGOT OUR WEDDING ANNIVERSARY – TEJU BABYFACE


Comedian, Teju Oyelakin, Teju Babyface, in a chat with Vanguard gushes about his wife and how she’s the perfect person for him.
He said:

“I married the best woman on earth. Sincerely, I got much more than I deserve in this regard. She is the best of all women.
My marriage has improved my career and also made me responsible. My marriage is great and gets interesting as the day goes by. I fended and thought for myself as a single man. I was also a bit reckless then. I am more responsible as a married man. I am an expert when it comes to women and I know a good one. She is one of the good ones and I will always appreciate her. She was kept for me.”


On the most romantic moment with his wife:

“My wife is far from the traditional romantic woman, which is the exact reason I married her. She is not the type who would jump at a gift without knowing the reason behind it. She is a very serious minded type who does not really need a man before getting things right. She doesn’t crave for attention like many women do. There was a time we forgot our wedding anniversary and when we remembered, we laughed at it. I would not have lasted with a woman who will nag or sob at things like that. She is a strong woman. And that is the best romantic experience I enjoy with my wife.”

Lagos State Ministry of Youth and Social Development Monitoring Team have arrested about four women who were begging for alms with babies less than a month old that weren’t their own. The women, Hadiza Nosiru and Salamotu Salisu, both from Jigawa State were arrested at the Oyingbo area of the State. Preliminary investigation showed that the two women apprehended are not the biological mothers of the babies but were given to them by their parents who later got paid for each baby. 40-year-old Aregbesola is one of the women arrested  for using her children to beg for alms in return for stipends. REVEALED: THE US ARMY IS DEVELOPING THE ULTIMATE 'BIG GUN'

On March 19, U.S. Marine Corps staff sergeant Louis Cardin, a field artilleryman assigned to the 26th Marine Expeditionary Unit,  died during an attack  on Fire Base Bell outside of Makhmur, Iraq. Coincidentally, the U.S. Army is hard at work developing a farther-firing howitzer that could help keep artillery troops out of range of enemy forces. The Army is cooking up a suite of improvements could double the range of the existing M-777 howitzer. Right now the 155-millimeter gun, in service with the Army and Marines, can lob shells at targets up to 18 miles away. The M-777ER version the Army is working on “will be able to reach out and hit targets … before the targets can reach them,” David Bound, the lead engineer on the project at Picatinny Arsenal in New Jersey,  told Army reporters .
