JULIUS AGWU – OPENING A CHRISTIAN CLUB



Yesterday,  Julius Agwu revealed he was about to open a Christian nightclub called ‘Believer’s Lounge’. And now in an interview with THE NET, the stand-up comedian has explained why he is embarking on the new venture.

According to him,

“It’s God’s calling. God spoke to me do it. We have unbelievers going to clubs, popping champagne and all that, so we want to have a club where believers can hangout too and pop nonalcoholic drinks.  It’s basically an assignment from God. The club is located at Lekki and we are taking it everywhere. God also told me to raise young ambassadors that will fight his battle” he said.

He also SAID  he is now on a mission to bring people back to Christ. Hear him, 

“I was recently declared dead. I realized that I actually died but God brought me back. He is giving me a second chance and people rarely get this opportunity of having a second chance.
“He saved my life and I have decided to dedicate my life to him. I have a Christian group now called CEO, Christian Entertainers Outreach through which we will bring back many people who devil has taken away” he said.

Lagos State Ministry of Youth and Social Development Monitoring Team have arrested about four women who were begging for alms with babies less than a month old that weren’t their own. The women, Hadiza Nosiru and Salamotu Salisu, both from Jigawa State were arrested at the Oyingbo area of the State. On March 19, U.S. Marine Corps staff sergeant Louis Cardin, a field artilleryman assigned to the 26th Marine Expeditionary Unit,  died during an attack  on Fire Base Bell outside of Makhmur, Iraq. Coincidentally, the U.S. Army is hard at work developing a farther-firing howitzer that could help keep artillery troops out of range of enemy forces. The Army is cooking up a suite of improvements could double the range of the existing M-777 howitzer. Right now the 155-millimeter gun, in service with the Army and Marines, can lob shells at targets up to 18 miles away. The M-777ER version the Army is working on “will be able to reach out and hit targets … before the targets can reach them,” David Bound, the lead engineer on the project at Picatinny Arsenal in New Jersey,  told Army reporters .
